Went to Hue Cafe on a whim one afternoon and I'm so glad I did. Within a matter of days, I was back again to order the very same thing! The menu item that currently has my heart (and tastebuds) is the Sweet Potato Super Green Salad. When I initially ordered it, it was tossed was too much dressing but I was still able to enjoy it. The second time I visited, I ordered it as a wrap and the dressing to food ratio was much better. The service was pleasant during both visits and the atmosphere is cozy as well though I have yet to dine in. I'm sure I'll be back in the coming weeks and months to try more things to rave about.

Sweet potato chili Has a nice spice kick to it. The ratio of sweet potatoes to kidney beans was off, not enough sweet potatoes at all. I literally had a singular cube of sweet potato in the cup that I was served. Liquid gold latte It was perfectly balanced with the sweetness. Ginger was present and not overpowering very well done and tasty. Big cheesesteak sub The role was very soft. The sub is stuffed to the brim. The cheese sauce actually tasted like Philly style cheese whiz. And the "steak meat" really looks like a cheesesteak and has a really good taste of it as well. Well seasoned the banana peppers on top was a good amount of mayo. For a non-vegan person the sandwich was damn tasty. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place. Check them out!

Amazing atmosphere, very extensive menu with delicious options and very flavorful ! The service was great and as a first timer I didn't know what to get. But a fellow customer told me how good the home fries were and I HAD to get it. I am so happy with my choice ! It didn't even need ketchup! That's how good it was. And the hibiscus and peach rose lemonade was the perfect tart and sweet. I can't wait to visit again

Hue apothecary knocks my socks off. I just love this place and go there where I have an inkling to splurge. I recently tried their breakfast burrito which will surely put you in a food coma but hey it's worth it!

Just go. Order everything. The customer service and the food are both incredible. I can't say enough great things about Hue. I take breaks from eating meat from time to time but I really do prefer Plant-based options. More recently I tried their weekend special cheese"steak" egg rolls, and wow. WOW! You can't tell me this isn't crumbled flank steak. It's seasoned and fried to protection, and has just enough kick where you don't need a glass of water nearby. The sweet and spicy sauce is a perfect pairing. Go get them! Go try all of the things. So good! I hope they stay in OM for years to come.

Love love love this spot. I am a meat eater and I went here two times in one week. Did I also mention it is a 45-minute drive from my house. The staff was really helpful and made great recommendations on my first visit. By the second visit, I felt like a pro and step out and order on my own. I will say I wish they had more seating inside, for the cold weather, but I understand with how busy it can get during rush time and such limited space.

Every new year, I start out eating super healthy. A detox from the many holidays over the past few months. I've been meaning to try Hue Cafe for months, but rarely venture out to Owings Mills for vittles. Finally, this past Friday I made it and I am happy that I did! The restaurant is conveniently located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The restaurant is very trendy, very aesthetically appealing. I ordered my meal online and it was ready as soon as I arrived. I didn't interact much with the staff, but from the short encounter they were nice. The veggie breakfast burrito was really good. It was huge and seasoned just right, so filling in fact, I couldn't finish it. I could have done without the "sausage", the fresh vegetables and potatoes were plenty. The Lady Hibiscus Tea was also very good. Will return soon to try other menus items!

I traveled out to Owings Mills specifically to try this place, and I'd say it was worth it. I was so impressed! The vibes on the inside are great - lots of greenery and fun things to look at in the apothecary half of the shop. I didn't get super into those items, but it looked like they have some neat stuff! The girl taking my order was super helpful as I deliberated over the menu. I asked for what their prettiest drink is, and she offered to make me a half & half option with their lady hibiscus tea and peach rose lemonade, which I went with. Not only was the drink SO pretty (as promised), it was delicious! It was definitely a lot of flavors going on at once, but they all worked together. The Hue wings are a fan-favorite, so I tried an order of those with the brown sugar buffalo sauce. I don't think I've ever tried cauliflower wings before, and I feel like the breading on these were better than any chicken wing I've had. They were piping hot, so crispy and crunchy, and tasted like curly fries. I will say I wasn't the biggest fan of the sauce, but I think that's just a personal preference. It was a little too tangy for me. I also tried the exotic mushroom pasta, which blew me away as well. I love mushrooms, so this dish was a no brainer for me, and it did not disappoint. There were plentiful mushrooms, and the sauce was so flavorful and creamy. The serving was way bigger than I expected, and I gladly took home plenty of leftovers. Before I left, I decided to see if there was anything else I could take for the road, and I asked about their dessert special. It was bread pudding that day, which is another favorite of mine, so I felt like I just had to get some. I don't know what flavor it is, but it's just as delicious as everything else! It seems like it has mini chocolate chips in it and maybe some apples or peaches. Whatever it is, it is super moist and just wonderful. I really wish I lived closer to here - I definitely think I would be a regular if it were closer. Hope to visit again soon!

MY MY MY... what a gem this restaurant is! Bestie found this spot for our lunch. She's been wanting to try it and I'm so glad we did. First... ample parking and outdoor seating. It was a beautiful day out so we chose to dine outside. Inside, half the space is an apothecary with some really great items (I will be back for them). There's seating all around the restaurant and store. The staff was super helpful in aiding us in deciding between dishes. There's so many great options. The portion size is perfetti the price and if the food don't make you do a food dance, you're lying to yourself. We were rocking and chewing the entire time. The teas are out of this world!!! Try them all. We did! Each bite was super flavorful! We met one of the owners and she was so kind and humble! Please support this local business. I can't wait to get back to MD for some good vegan eats! 10/10! Someone sitting outside got up after eating, looked at me and said "s**t, that's vegan food? My goodness" and I understood his entire reaction.
